How to use ?

Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not use in babies under 30 months.

- A drop of Mint essential oil on a piece of sugar, in one teaspoon of honey or olive vegetable oil for bad breath, or better, sublingual under the tongue). You can do the same for nausea and/or vomiting.

- For headache, rub a drop of Mint essential oil on painful areas.

- A drop of Mint essential oil directly to massage the painful areas or you have taken a blow to shocks, or sprains.

- For sore throats, massaging a drop at the throat.

- For laryngitis, to massage a drop on the larynx.

- One drop of essential oil in the nostrils or on the forehead for attention.

- For sinusitis: three drops of essential oils to massage on the forehead.

- After the aftermath of meals or "Hangover": 2 drops in fasting sublingual.

- Also try a drop of essential oil on a piece of dark chocolate 70% cocoa !
