How to use it ?

Not recommended for children under 6 years and the first three months of pregnancy.
Dermocaustic in purest form, but externally possible dilution up to 20% in vegetable oil or regular shampoo.Use the various essential oils of Pine with vigilance.

Scots Pine is acting in the lungs and kidneys, while the Pine Siberia is effective especially for vaginal infections.

To combat the very beginning of a flu, put a drop of essential oil of Pine on the tongue every three hours.

In atmospheric diffusion, this essential oil stimulates the immune system.

Two to three drops of essential oil of Pine in your wash water with your usual cleanser floor, scent your room and sanitation.

Always insist to ask about on an essential oil of high quality. Many essential oils falsified are sold on the market, thus they are much less effective. Beware also of essential oils falsified with Turpentine.
